The leading group of our hospital attaches great importance to the employment work. In view of the impact of this year's epidemic on employment, we plan, deploy and mobilize early. Three special conferences were held to study the employment of graduates. The Secretary and the president were responsible for personally grasping the specific process, solving the problems and difficulties, and required to complete the goal by stages. Graduate counselors set up accounts to understand the specific situation of each graduate and provide guidance services one by one, so as to ensure that graduates can realize their dreams and goals. The professional teachers of the college provide jobs and broaden employment channels for the students by connecting with their personal relationships. It not only helps students solve employment problems, but also establishes a good communication mechanism with employers to provide long-term cooperation opportunities for students' employment.
It is reported that there are 46 graduate students in our college in 2020, 43 of whom have been employed, three of whom are studying for doctorates, with an employment rate of 93.48%.
